Meet Dr. Kawakami
After over 15 years practicing orthodontics, Dr. Kawakami is as enthusiastic about her job as ever. She is passionate about giving a personal experience for each patient, and loves to see the bright smiles she helps create.
Prior to becoming an orthodontist, Dr. Kawakami received the following education:
- University of Southern California: BS Biology 1984
- University of Southern California: DDS 1990
- University of Southern California: Certificate in Orthodontics and MS in Craniofacial Biology 1995
Dr. Kawakami believes in giving the absolute highest quality services available to her patients. That’s why she regularly attends continuing education classes to stay current in the ever-changing field of orthodontics.
Every patient is different, and Dr. Kawakami enjoys taking the time to find out how each patient is doing in their progress toward a beautiful and healthy smile.
